1. What BidFlow Does

BidFlow is an AI-powered platform that helps contractors create cost estimates, generate professional proposals, and collect payments. Our AI generates estimates based on the project descriptions you provide — these are starting points to help you work faster, not guaranteed prices.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use BidFlow. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account is intended for a single business. If we detect misuse or shared credentials, we may suspend access.

3. AI-Generated Estimates

Our AI creates estimates based on national pricing data and the information you provide. It does not visit job sites, inspect conditions, or verify measurements. Estimates are tools to save you time — you should always review, adjust, and verify pricing before sending anything to a customer. You are responsible for the accuracy of any estimate or proposal you send.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Review all AI-generated estimates before sending them to customers
  • Hold any licenses or permits required for the work you perform
  • Provide accurate project descriptions to get the best estimates
  • Use the platform lawfully and not for any fraudulent purpose

5. Payments & Fees

BidFlow offers a 14-day free trial. After that, the subscription is $29/month. When you collect payments through BidFlow, a 2.5% platform fee is applied in addition to standard Stripe processing fees. We use Stripe to handle all payment processing — we never see or store your full card number.

6. What We Own / What You Own

MDG Labs owns the BidFlow platform, including the software, design, and AI models. You own the content you create — your estimates, proposals, customer information, and business data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models, but we will never share your identifiable business data with competitors.

7. Limitation of Liability

BidFlow is provided "as is." We do our best to provide accurate estimates, but we are not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate AI-generated pricing, missed line items, or any business decisions you make based on our estimates. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period. After that, your account becomes read-only — you can still view and download your data, but you can't create new estimates or proposals. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continuing to use BidFlow after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
